And here is that image revised for the actual series. I should point out that whatever narrative is implied in this image had no relation to the actual story. It was a “mood peice” to set the tone, and to allow some nice opening narration to introduce us to the set-up. This took 3 hours to ink. I remember that day well: it was hot, then my buddy Mike came over, and then we got high.
