I ART FRAZER IRVING

A second Art-snack for you tonight. This image has popped up again on the internet, albeit a low-res version that really doesn’t show the brush work, so I decided to upload my own version which is nicer. It was originally concieved as a pitch for a Judge Death series to run in 2000AD, one which would have been written by Garth Ennis at the time. Nothing came of that, and my efforts lay ignored until John Wagner decided to revive the character and this image scored me the gig. I revised it for the first page of that new series, and I prefer the revised version way more but this does have it’s own dark charm. All sable brush and indian ink, all analogue. Those were the days, eh?
